Speech Pathologist – Find Balance, Growth & Purpose with ORS
At ORS, we know the heart of Speech Pathology is connection. That’s why we’re growing our national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists — and we’d love you to be our next teammate
Here, you’ll work alongside clients of all ages (0–65) in the NDIS space, supporting children, teens, and adults with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs. You’ll be part of their journey, building meaningful relationships, celebrating their progress, and making a real difference in their everyday lives.
What your role will look like
- Communication and swallowing assessments
- Paediatric feeding & mealtime management plans
- AAC assessments and ongoing therapy
- Supporting clients across homes, schools, preschools, group programs, and community settings
- Flexible telehealth and office-based sessions
You won’t just be “doing appointments” — you’ll be part of stories of growth, milestones, and little wins that mean everything.
We know life is more than work
Many of us are parents, carers, and busy women juggling lots of hats. We get it. That’s why ORS puts work-life balance front and centre:
- Work from home options and flexibility around your calendar
- Client allocation close to where you live
- Suburban offices with free parking
- Ability to work part-time or reduced hours if you need
- Genuine autonomy to shape your schedule around your life
Support to thrive, not just survive
We invest in you because your wellbeing and growth matter:
- A six-month graduate program for new grads (with reduced hours, weekly mentoring, and a supportive supervisor)
- High-quality clinical resources and professional development opportunities
- Clear pathways for specialisation and leadership — many of our senior leaders started as new grads with ORS
- A supportive admin and IT team, so you can focus on what you do best: helping your clients.
What you’ll bring
- A Speech Pathology qualification (SPA registered or eligible)
- A car + licence
- Current clearances (or willingness to obtain)
Why ORS?
For over 30 years, ORS has been a family-owned business built on care, connection, and client-centred practice. Our culture is supportive, collaborative, and values-driven. We’re proud to be a diverse workplace and warmly welcome applications from women, working mums, culturally diverse candidates, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians, LGBTQIA+, and people with disabilities.
