About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team at Bo Therapy' as a subcontractor. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services (mobile) to our diverse NDIS client base, helping them to achieve their communication goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions to clients across the lifespan, including paediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, client-centred care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation, including progress notes and reports
  • Participate in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest speech therapy practices and techniques

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practising Speech Pathologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using speech therapy assessments and outcome measures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
