About the Role

We're seeking a caring, motivated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. You'll work primarily with paediatric clients, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and develop special interests.

This is the perfect role for a clinician who loves variety, values ethical practice, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. All levels of experience are welcome; we have a long record for getting new graduates' careers off to an excellent start.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and our allied health team to ensure holistic, person-centred care
  • Participate in joint sessions (e.g. OT–Speech, Physio–Speech, Music–Speech) with the option of occasional school, home, or community visits
  • Build skills in AAC, feeding, group therapy, and workshop facilitation if desired
  • Maintain professional, timely, and ethical clinical documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve our services, education, and innovation initiatives
What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership

Strong understanding of evidence-based and neuroaffirming practice

Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills

Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about person-centred care
