Employment Term: Full-time

Salary range: $77,500 – $120,000 + Super + Travel + Bonus

About The Role

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Bondi Junction and surrounding areas. This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position.

Your Day to Day

As a Speech Pathologist at The CARE Centre Australia, no two days will be the same:

- Working in the social model means you’ll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- Utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you’ll create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
- Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
