We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution across ECA's owned and branded colleges, including APIC, CHS, Heli, ECA College and Professional Year. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role requires an entrepreneurial approach to position each brand competitively, while leveraging synergies across the portfolio. The role drives enrolment growth, strengthens market reputation, and ensures ECA's diverse education offerings are presented in a way that resonates with students, parents, and agents in an intensely competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies for APIC, CHS, Heli, ECA College and Professional Year programs; ensure alignment with ECA's group objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Balance distinct brand identities with portfolio synergies; ensure each brand's value proposition is clearly defined and differentiated.
- Marketing Planning & Execution: Oversee annual marketing plans and campaigns for each brand; drive activity across digital, events, B2B2C and B2C channels to maximise enrolments.
- Partner & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal academic leaders, industry partners, and agents; ensure stakeholder input informs marketing activity.
- Agent & Direct Recruitment Support: Equip acquisition teams and agents with tools to promote programs effectively; deliver campaigns to generate and convert student leads.
- Data & Insights: Monitor enrolment funnels, campaign ROI, and competitor activity; use insights to refine positioning and investment priorities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Brand Managers and Officers across the portfolio; foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Reputation & Compliance: Ensure marketing outputs reflect quality and compliance standards across higher education, pathways, and professional programs.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Excellent written English and an eye for design and detail
- A positive, engaging personality
- 8+ years in marketing roles, preferably in education or B2B2C environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
- Proven success managing marketing projects to deliver in-full, on-time
- Experience developing compelling value propositions
- Experience creating purposeful content for websites, social, email, and events
- Experience managing design agencies
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Canva, Microsoft 365
