We're on the lookout for a 
Marketing Manager
 who's not just strategic—but also creative, analytical, and ready to make an impact. You'll sit at the executive table and lead our marketing and communications strategy to engage students, build our profile, and position us for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive our marketing and communications strategy across domestic and international student markets.
  • Lead brand, digital, and content campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee social media, website, and digital collateral—ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget and agency partnerships with discipline and flair.
  • Monitor competitors and trends to keep us one step ahead.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape our growth trajectory

You'll Bring

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in marketing to students in higher education (international experience a strong plus)
  • A sharp eye for data, design, and detail
  • Leadership and collaboration skills that build trust and deliver results
  • Strong ethical compass and a deep understanding of effective, responsible marketing
  • The right to work in Australia
