As an SME Broker, you'll play a crucial role in helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate their energy options and secure the best deals in the market.

About the role

Company growth has provided us with an opportunity to recruit multiple new Sales Agents to our SME Energy Broker team. This position will be based in our offices on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne with 1 day WFH after probation.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Making 40-50 calls per day to our existing database, or prospect your own opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized business clients.
  • Analyze client energy usage and offer tailored solutions to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Negotiate with energy suppliers to secure competitive pricing and contracts.
  • Provide expert advice on energy management, efficiency, and sustainability options.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Salesforce experience highly regarded.
