Based in West Melbourne, you will be responsible for educating potential customers on the benefits of using solar power and providing them with tailored quotes. With quality products & competitive pricing, our Solar Consultants are some of the highest performing sales representatives in the industry.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Solar Sales Consultant looking to move up in the solar industry with an award-winning solar company. Alternatively, if you're an enthusiastic "go getter" with a passion for sales & renewable energy, a rewarding career awaits you.

Full training will be provided as required, both on an introductory and ongoing basis to ensure a strong development of skill and career at Solargain. This will extend to technical product, sales, customer service and the overall renewable energy market.

Duties

• Attending to all customer phone and email enquiries.
• Following up all leads by making initial contact with prospective customers and conduct site visits where relevant.
• Preparing quotes and presenting solutions to customers.
• Educating customers on the benefits of solar and making the sale
• Uphold values of the Solargain business in providing ethical & responsible solutions with a strong focus on customer service & the values of people.

Skills & Experience

• A positive and "can do" attitude.
• A general enthusiasm for Sustainable and Renewable Energy.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Great telephone and in person manner with a strong focus on customer service,
• A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude to reaching and exceeding targets.

Requirements

• Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.
• The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
