Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing product information, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in operations. Key tasks include responsible for promoting and selling products on and services to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with energy storage solutions and experience in energy sector is a plus
