As our Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Facility Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinating resident admissions, managing staff rosters, and providing warm, professional front-desk service. Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in managing the office environment in the Aged Care Sector and/or Residential Services setting.
- NDIS check is essential.
- Formal qualifications relevant to the administrative field (e.g. Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent) Management, Health or related discipline.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Rostering, Leave and Human Resources management.
- Attention to detail, well developed prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced customer service skills
- Advanced administration skills including Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Having a sense of humour and customer friendly attitude is non-negotiable.
