We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join a fast-growing business providing branding solutions across mining, manufacturing, and heavy vehicle sectors. This is a field-based role where you'll spend approximately four days on the road and one day working from home.

If you enjoy face-to-face meetings with established accounts, building strong client relationships, and being the go-to person for support, this role offers plenty of variety. You'll spend your days meeting clients, dropping off catalogues, and training them on ordering systems and making product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits with existing accounts
  • Drop off catalogues and promotional materials
  • Train customers on ordering systems and processes
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Re-engage less active accounts to increase activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions

Key Requirements

  • Enjoys being in front of customers and building relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Previous sales or account management experience is beneficial but not essential

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll spend most of your week out meeting clients and strengthening relationships. You'll be provided with a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, enjoy the support of a collaborative team, and have access to ongoing training and development to grow your skills and career.
