About the Role

We partner with healthcare providers across Queensland to provide temporary staff in administration and reception roles. Assignments vary in length and scope, offering exposure to the healthcare sector while building your career experience.

Duties
  • Greet patients and manage reception areas
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries
  • Maintain accurate patient and client records
  • Process billing, claims, and payments
  • Provide general administrative and office support

Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems
  • Some roles may require clearances, such as a Blue Card, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries).
