About the Role

We partner with not-for-profit and charity organisations across Queensland to provide temporary support staff in administration and office-based roles. Assignments vary in length and scope, offering exposure to diverse organisations while making a real community impact.

Duties

• Provide administrative and office support
• Assist with donor management and supporter communications
• Coordinate events and community programs
• Manage reception, enquiries, and client services
• Support reporting, record-keeping, and compliance tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Current NPC, WWCC or NDIS clearance
• A genuine passion for supporting the community
