What's on offer?
To help us support our continually growing suite of Digital apps, we're in search of a permanent Digital Product Owner to join a growing team striving to meet the demands of a digitally engaged business. This is a key role in leading and being responsible for maximising the value of digital products created by our multi-disciplinary team. The role is based in Melbourne, reporting to the Group IT Digital Product Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident and strong communicator with skills building enduring relationships with key stakeholders in our business, possessing strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage a product through the product development lifecycle. In addition, you'll:
- Own and enhance digital products, ensuring ongoing improvement and value
- Bridge product strategy and development, aligning business goals with delivery
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and maintain open lines of communication
- Plan and prioritise development iterations by maintaining clear product backlogs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and support digital solutions
- Lead product rollouts, support users, and engage frontline teams for business analysis, and feedback.
How will you connect with the role?
You'll bring at least five years' experience as a product owner or business analyst in mobile app development, with a strong track record overseeing every aspect of the product development lifecycle. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, which will enable you to effectively collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This is an opportunity where you're able to showcase your strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is highly regarded, as is familiarity with Salesforce.
