OEMX Diesel is a proudly WA-owned company supporting the mining and construction sectors with fabrication, field service, labour hire and fleet solutions. We're looking for an organised, proactive Receptionist / Accounts Payable Support to be the friendly face of our office while keeping our payables running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Accounts Payable

  • Entering & Processing Purchase Orders & Bills in Xero
  • Respond to and resolve creditor and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and reconcile credit cards, bank accounts and supplier credit accounts.
  • Prepare and send credit applications as required.
  • Prepare creditor payment runs for approval.
  • Assist with data entry, filing and other finance administration as needed.

Reception & Office Support

  • Be the first point of contact, greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider OEMX team.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable, accounts/admin or similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Confident using Xero and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude and willingness to help where needed.
  • Hours of work - 7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Fri.
