What you'll be doing:

As our new Accounts Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data across various business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transactional data processing including data entry of receipts, payments into Microsoft Business Central across multiple cost centres
  • Entering and reconciling income
  • Debtors follow up and reporting
  • Liaise with external recovery agents
  • Raising invoices
  • Vendor & Customer maintenance
  • Filing and Archiving
  • Managing intercompany transactions and ensuring accuracy between entities
  • Supporting monthly financial close processes and reporting
  • Preparing ad hoc financial reports as required
