This is a B2B solution selling role. The focus is a 70/30 new/existing split between selling to existing customers and new business generation. As such, candidates that have the desire to hunt as well as the smarts to understand that farming an existing client base has a purpose will be seen to have the advantage. Likewise, so will above budget performers who wont settle for an OTE income, but instead have goals to make their life much more comfortable right now....
