About the Role:

Reporting into the Sales and Services Manager, this role plays an integral part in the continued growth of sales revenue to fund the sustainability of St John NSW programs in the community. The Field Sales and Service Representative will work within a broad range of industries. The territory you will be servicing is Western NSW, including the Blue Mountains, Bathurst, Orange, Parkes and Dubbo areas. Our salary package includes a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and potential quarterly paid bonuses. The successful candidate will also receive full Occupational First Aid training.

Key responsibilities:

• Restocking first aid kits that include cleaning kits, removal of expired or damaged content, replacing product and selling in new product lines to ensure kits comply with WHS Code of Practice requirements
• Contributing to the business growth, success and achievement of agreed sales budgets
• Responsibility for the sales of St John products and services to existing and new corporate customers
• Promotion of services and products including, defibrillators and first aid training
• Conducting first aid assessments and inspecting first aid rooms
• Provision of advice to customer on WHS Codes of Practice compliance
• Building positive customer relationships and professional service to both internal and external customers

• Excellent sales and relationship building capabilities
• Energy and commitment to delivering a premium service to customers
• Demonstrated experience working toward individual and team targets
• Is a team player and enjoys working in a team
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• A record of successful sales results and outcomes in business to business sales
• PC and administration skills to use our CRM and cloud-based software
• Able to demonstrate empathy with the ethos of the organisation
• Able to work effectively within a commercial and not-for-profit cultural environment
• Current NSW driver's licence with a checkable driving record
