Credit and Collections Officer
to join our team for a 3-month FTC and help drive real improvements to our debtor ageing profile.

About the role:

In this role, you'll be on the front line of customer engagement - using your excellent phone skills to resolve overdue accounts, build strong relationships, and untangle long-standing account issues with accuracy and persistence. You'll also collaborate closely with our supportive and friendly finance team and make a direct impact on the company's cash flow and success.

About you

Demonstrated success in debtor management with at least 5 years of related work experience.

Previous experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Receivable is essential.

Results driven professional with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proactive with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
