We're looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive the continued growth of Club Car golf carts and utility vehicles across NSW. If you're a natural deal-maker who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to work with Australia's leading golf cart brand—this is your shot.

Club Car is the world's leading golf cart and utility vehicle brand, renowned for quality, reliability, and innovation. At InGolf & Utility, we are proudly the exclusive distributor of Club Car products across NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS, building strong and lasting partnerships with golf clubs and our commercial customers and delivering exceptional products and service.

We already have a strong market presence and we're looking to extend our reach. We need someone ready to own the NSW golf market, combining commercial skill with integrity, professionalism and a genuine focus on customer success.

What You'll Be Doing

As the BDM – Golf Clubs, you'll be the face of Club Car in NSW. You will:

  • Develop and execute a sales growth strategy across our golf customers and commercial accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong customer partnerships, acting as a trusted industry advisor.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in NSW.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to close and follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and fleet handovers, ensuring customers get the premium experience.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback, helping shape sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with IGU teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
  • Represent Club Car at industry events, trade shows, and demos, building awareness and engagement.

Who You Are

You're commercially sharp, self-starting, and results-driven—but more than that, you operate with honesty and a genuine focus on driving your customer's business forward. You know what it takes to sell premium products and create loyalty in niche markets and you share our values of customer focus, integrity, quality, adaptability and reliability.

You have:

  • Proven BDM or sales experience, ideally in fleet, automotive or leisure industries.
  • A passion for the game and strong networks in golf, sporting, or recreation industries (ideal but not essential).
  • A proactive, resourceful approach—you have a hunger and drive to win, you find opportunities, not just follow them.
  • Confidence presenting to decision-makers, pros and buyers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A clean driver's licence and flexibility to travel within NSW as required.
