Location: Whyalla, South Australia.

Status: Full-Time, working 38 hours per week

Annual Salary: from $68,330 to $74,554 per annum based on full time

About the Position

The Administration Officer is responsible for the delivery of effective administration and customer service to our Whyalla Head Street office.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience working in administration.
  • Previous experience providing a high level of customer/client service.
  • Sound knowledge and exposure to administrative systems.
  • Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrated high level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology.
  • Qualification in Business Administration (desirable)

Requirements of the role:

  • Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check *
  • Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check) *
  • Hold a current South Australian Driver's License (minimum Provisional License)
