About The Role
As an Administration Trainee , you will be part of our busy and supportive office team, helping with a range of day-to-day administration tasks such as but not limited to:

  • Deliver a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations
  • Provide a professional level of service in-line with company policies and procedures
  • Provide quality Customer Service via face to face and over the phone enquiries
  • General administration and financial duties
  • Assisting with the administration tasks for our Hertz Rental Cars
  • Promote and portray a positive image for the Company
  • To be helpful, polite knowledgeable and resourceful
  • Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures.
  • This is a full-time, 12 month traineeship, with all training and mentoring provided right here in Whyalla

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good keyboard skills and computer knowledge
  • Is friendly, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Is Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail
  • Has good time management skills
  • Is comfortable talking with customers and working in a team environment
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office
