About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre, Windsor Gardens. This is a part‑time role working 4 days per week, 4.5 hours per day between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Weekdays only – no weekends You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality administrative support and exceptional service to patients, clinicians, and colleagues across both medical and radiation oncology.

What You’ll Do

- Greet patients and manage personal information entry

- Schedule appointments and triage referrals

- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and care

- Process billing and manage daily banking

- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation

- Support the team with filing, scanning, and general admin tasks

About You

You’re an experienced administrator with a passion for people and a proactive, can‑do attitude. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in a front‑line admin role, ideally in healthcare

- Familiarity with electronic management systems and Medicare/health fund processes

- Strong computer skills (e.g., Word, Email)

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem‑solving abilities

- A collaborative spirit and the resilience to work in a demanding environment

- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
