Who You Are
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant who is looking to become part of a passionate team. Engage in conversations that matter with our customers, providing product solutions for people living with a stoma. The role requires someone with a results-oriented mindset who can quickly connect with customers on a personal level to help them through what is likely a very private and difficult time and provide life changing outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to customers using warm leads to provide appropriate product solutions
 - Maximise sales revenue from warm leads to achieve targets
 - Promote the benefits of Coloplast products and convert customers
 - Handle customer objections by listening and responding appropriately
 - Maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques via ongoing training
 
To succeed
- No industry experience required - comprehensive training and support provided
 - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets in an ethical manner
 - Exceptional phone skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and seek customer commitment in an empathetic manner
 - A team player, with drive to work towards personal and team goals
 - Demonstrated resilience to navigate challenging conversations
 - Intermediate IT competencies in managing multiple software systems
 - Ability to prioritise work and meet expected deadlines
