About the role:

Our permanent and contract-focused practice groups are actively seeking adept recruiters, business developers, and solutions sales professionals. Specialisations in accounting & finance, administration, customer services & HR.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build and expand client networks while nurturing strong business relationships in the Victorian market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline of skilled candidates.
  • Deliver end-to-end talent solutions across various industry sectors.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends, providing consultative insights to your clients.
  • Participate in company events, networking opportunities, and CSR initiatives that make a difference.

Your qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in agency/360-degree recruitment, or similar B2B/solutions orientated client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development and revenue generation.
  • Proven success in cultivating lasting business relationships.
  • A curious, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Interest in technology and a drive to develop a commercial skill set.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • An ethical, growth-oriented, and resilient attitude.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels.
