Reporting to the Head of Strategic Investments, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your end-to-end strategic project delivery toolkit and take them to the next level You will join a small, collaborative team who thrive on helping define and articulate Kmart Group’s long-term strategy and delivery high impact strategic initiatives.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Strategic Investments Manager working for the Kmart Group, you will:

- Lead cross-functional working groups in the end-to-end discovery & delivery of high priority strategic initiatives
- Assess viability and priority of strategic investment and partnership decisions across Kmart Group
- Support the strategic planning process (including developing the 5 year Corporate Plan) & Kmart Group performance monitoring
- Support the investor relations function for Kmart Group

**To be successful in this role you’ll typically have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g.: Finance, Commerce, Economics, Science)
- Excellent stakeholder management and demonstrated project management experience.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen & hands on financial modelling skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking or commercial finance
