, giving our analysts a rare opportunity to directly shape the platform that underpins pricing, analysis, and customer solutions.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst – New Business
to join TUCO's Commercial Team. This role is central to TUCO's growth, with a focus on
pricing, profitability analysis, and solution design
. You'll build pricing models, deliver commercial insight, and create compelling commercial packs that influence both customers and senior stakeholders — while also contributing to the ongoing development of our in-house FMS – Freightmate.

What You'll Do

· Build pricing models and proposals for new business opportunities.

· Support sales on tenders, RFQs, and customer onboarding.

· Create clear, persuasive commercial packs that support customer decisions.

· Analyse profitability drivers and margin performance.

· Configure and maintain elements of Freightmate (rates, surcharges, carrier setups).

· Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

· Experience in commercial analysis, pricing, or finance (not a graduate).

· Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (non-negotiable).

· Proven ability to build and present commercial packs.

· Strong communicator — able to translate data into actionable insights.

· Curious, commercially minded, and motivated to grow.

· Exposure to logistics, 3PL/4PL, FMCG, retail supply chain, or consulting is a plus.
