The Role

Based in Mulgrave, you will work alongside the Victorian sales team, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Position commencing: 24th November

Your typical day will include:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager and Victorian sales team with administrative tasks
  • Phone and email correspondence with MotorOne customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
  • Data entry of sales figures and CRM management
  • Setting up new customers and maintaining customer records
  • Liaising with accounts, management, consultants, and operations teams
  • Assisting with process improvements
  • General administrative support
  • Reception relief
  • Providing basic recruitment assistance

About You

You'll be central to the team and play an important role in keeping things running smoothly. You will be well presented, have strong communication skills, and bring a motivated, "can-do" attitude. Ideally, you'll have some experience in a professional office and be comfortable with Reception duties. Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred.
