About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Therapist to join our Early Years Inclusion Team as a full-time Coordinator – Therapy. This leadership role focuses on the development, delivery, quality, and governance of therapy services across Queensland. You'll work collaboratively with our Leadership Team, Practice Excellence Panel, and Senior Therapists to ensure therapy services are inclusive, evidence-based, and aligned with community needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate therapy services and programs across Queensland.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Support audits and safeguarding enquiries.
- Champion professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Develop and refine resources, processes, and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and government agencies.
- Represent the organisation at forums, conferences, and networks.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to therapy staff.
- Monitor budgets and report on financial performance.
- Maintain accurate records aligned with organisational and legislative requirements.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Speech Pathology, or Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with AHPRA, SPA, or relevant professional body.
- Leadership experience in the Disability and/or Special Education sectors.
- Commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
