What You'll Do
This is a community-based, mobile role supporting clients across real-life settings—in the community, homes or schools. No two days are the same. Depending on your experience and focus, you may be involved in:
- Functional assessments and intervention planning
- Sensory processing, play-based, and developmental therapy
- School readiness, fine/gross motor skill support
- Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
- Assistive Technology and equipment prescription
- Home modifications and complex housing assessments
- Aged care and NDIS reporting
- Collaboration with families, schools, support coordinators, or builders
- Interdisciplinary case conferencing and mentoring

Comprehensive Package
- Up to $110,000 salary (commensurate with experience)
- Full travel reimbursement or car allowance/novated lease
- Laptop, phone, and CPD support
- Optional: Opportunities to expand into medicolegal OT if desired
Who You Are
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- 1+ year of clinical experience (paediatric or community OT preferred)
- Confident in assessment, report writing, and collaboration
- Passionate about providing client-centred care
- Kind, curious, and ready to grow
