What You'll Do

This is a community-based, mobile role supporting clients across real-life settings—in the community, homes or schools. No two days are the same. Depending on your experience and focus, you may be involved in:

• Functional assessments and intervention planning
• Sensory processing, play-based, and developmental therapy
• School readiness, fine/gross motor skill support
• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
• Assistive Technology and equipment prescription
• Home modifications and complex housing assessments
• Aged care and NDIS reporting
• Collaboration with families, schools, support coordinators, or builders
• Interdisciplinary case conferencing and mentoring

Comprehensive Package

• Up to $110,000 salary (commensurate with experience)
• Full travel reimbursement or car allowance/novated lease
• Laptop, phone, and CPD support
• Optional: Opportunities to expand into medicolegal OT if desired

Who You Are

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• 1+ year of clinical experience (paediatric or community OT preferred)
• Confident in assessment, report writing, and collaboration
• Passionate about providing client-centred care
• Kind, curious, and ready to grow
