This is a brand-new role within our organisation and will only continue to grow with our branches.
About the role:
As our Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our daily logistics operations by assisting with improving efficiency of our delivery staff by collecting, analysing and reporting on key data captured through our monitoring systems.
Your work will directly with our logistics and management team to contribute to increased productivity and operational efficiency across the organisation in the areas ofexcessive overtime worked, time on site and route planning efficiency. This position will start with monitoring our fencing operations in Brisbane and will move to our sanitation department and then across our operations in Sydney, Perth and Darwin.
Prior knowledge of logistics is not crucial as you will receive on the job training regarding the key metrics used to measure efficiency success in logistics. What is vital is strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and the desire to understand and investigate data.
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able enter data and analyse reports/run sheets
- Able to format information into reports via excel spreadsheets
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
