Administration & Sales Support

Due to the continual growth of our business, an exciting opportunity exists for a talented administration and sales support person to join our team located in Brisbane.

The Role:

Our Bidfood Supply Solutions department is a dynamic team who love to deliver quality and innovative support to the Bidfood business, with full training provided to the successful candidate. Reporting to the Contract Administration Manager, you'll be a key member of the Queensland Administration Team, whilst partnering with key stakeholders and delivering administrative and sales support to the BSS team. The team is highly collaborative, so the individual will enjoy working with others and as well have the ability to work independently on projects with a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a broad range of support tasks which includes, but is not limited to:

Duties:

• Daily processing of set tasks and support the Bidfood Supply Solutions Sales team to complete any administration duties
• Assist key stake holders with reports and enquiries
• Report sales data from promotional activities
• Extract and analyse reports for the Contract Administration Manager
• Load and maintain pricing contracts related to the business
• Maintain and update national accounts tenders and contracts
• Update and maintain product specifications utilising internal sales systems
• Administrator the national sales emails and action tasks in an appropriate manner
• Coordinate promotional activities such as specials, promotions and incentives
• Have the ability to prioritise workload and organise daily and weekly schedule

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel a large requirement
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Success in managing multiple and diverse tasks
• Offer a high level of customer service to all stake holders
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
