About us:

Lions Hearing Clinics is part of Ear Science Institute Australia, a world-renowned medical research institute dedicated to improving the lives of people with ear and hearing disorders.

We are currently seeking a proactive and professional Customer Liaison Centre Officer to join our vibrant team in Mount Lawley.

Available Opportunities:

  • 1 x Permanent, Full time position
  • 1 x 12-month Parental Leave cover

About the role:

As a key member of our Customer Liaison Centre team, you'll be the first point of contact for clients — managing calls, emails, and appointment bookings with care and efficiency. Your role is vital in ensuring our audiologists' calendars are optimally utilised and delivering a positive, seamless client experience that ensures timely, professional, and reliable support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to all client enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner;
  • Manage electronic calendars and schedule appointments efficiently;
  • Provide accurate product and service information;
  • Receive and dispatch mail and hearing aid accessories;
  • Data entry and analysis;
  • Generate client leads through data mining;
  • Responding to customer feedback.

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • High attention to details and accurate data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and work efficiently in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded, although not essential as full training is provided.
  • A team focussed attitude and an interest in fostering a collaboration environment
