The Role:

Your role will be based in our Mount Lawley office, reporting to the Sports & Events Team Manager. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support across our growing business. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, data entry, assisting teams across all divisions, and supporting day-to-day operations. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success.

Requirements:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone and online booking systems.
  • Collaborate with Sporting, MICE and Leisure teams on diverse tasks.
  • Assist with data entry using our custom booking system.
  • Efficiently manage email correspondence.
  • Support Team Managers with operational tasks, primarily within the Sporting Events team.
  • Handle customer ticketing enquiries.
  • Assist in the procurement of event product by liaising with airlines, hotels and tour operators, ticketing as well as preparing pricing templates & event budgets.
  • Demonstrate initiative to enhance workflow and offer support.
