Our Bligh Street club is your sanctuary, set right in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Spread over 5 levels and covering 1,585 sqm, the club features a cardio and weights zone, furnished with top-of-the-line equipment, and five custom built studios for Grid Training (HIIT), Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and Boxing. Beyond fitness, you'll find a sprawling café with bright windows and plenty of power ports, the perfect switch for your regular work desk.

About the gig:

  • You'll provide heartfelt service and create personalised moments to deliver an extraordinary customer experience at our in club V-Café.
  • You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where members love spending time.
  • You'll provide our members with quality and nutritious snacks and smoothies, in line with our food & beverages menu
  • You'll keep our café area looking spick and span - all with a big smile of course.
  • You'll be involved in some admin and reporting

About you:

  • You're warm, honest and genuine with 6 months of comparable experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • You love to create meaningful moments for people. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it.
  • You get a kick out of creating unexpected experiences which make people go wow
  • You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself. You can be counted on to skilfully respond to feedback and complaints.
  • You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality qualifications. A+ for you.
