About You

You might be:

  • A
    university student
    studying Finance, Financial Planning, Commerce, or Economics, looking for a role aligned with your degree;
    or
  • An experienced financial planning administrator / client services officer
    (2+ years) seeking
    part-time
    work with flexibility and variety.

You'll thrive if you:

  • Have strong
    interpersonal and communication skills
    (comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email)
  • Are
    organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy learning and want to build a career within financial planning
  • Are tech-savvy and keen to learn Xplan
    and other advice software (training provided)

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

·      
Support the adviser
in implementing financial advice recommendations

·      Prepare and process
investment, superannuation, SMSF and insurance applications

·      Manage client communication
and respond to service requests with professionalism and care

·      
Liaise with product providers
to track progress and ensure accurate documentation

·      Maintain accurate
client records
and assist with compliance requirements

·      Contribute ideas to
improve processes and client experience

Hours & Remuneration

·      Part-time hours available (flexible around study or family commitments)

·      Pay based on experience: approximately
$30–$40 per hour + superannuation  - higher remuneration considered for the right candidate
