We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager in our Lindfield office. As the backbone of our sales team you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by supporting with administrative tasks, marketing, and client coordination.

This fast paced role will have a direct impact on the success of our sales team, if you thrive in an energetic environment and enjoy multi tasking we'd love to hear from you

About the role:

  • You'll provide exceptional customer service to our high performing sales team.
  • Liaise with clients, sales agents & external stakeholders.
  • Process & manage property sales files from listing through to settlement.
  • Processing of in house documentation, advertising, marketing and reporting.
  • Data base management.
  • Office coordination.
  • Compliance checks.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.

About you:

  • You'll be a motivated, can do team player.
  • Willing to obtain or have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence.
  • Have a driver's licence and car.
  • You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Embrace technology like we do and train others.
  • Professional image and phone manner.
  • Organisation skills that leave nothing to chance.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday.
