Join MyBudget as a Workforce Management Coordinator
Since 1999, MyBudget's award winning service has helped more than 130,000 Australians achieve their financial goals, reduce stress, and build lasting financial freedom.
We're a team of passionate people with a shared purpose: to help Australians live free from money worries. With our caring, consultative approach and commitment to financial responsibility, we're proud to make a genuine difference in people's lives every day.
At MyBudget, we're more than just a company, we're a community. Our team is united by compassion, collaboration, and a drive to help our clients succeed. When you join us, you'll be valued, supported, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide and work closely with our Workforce Management Leader Bernard O'Reilly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our frontline teams are supported with accurate scheduling, effective resource planning, and real time workforce monitoring.
As Workforce Management Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Staff Scheduling – Creating and maintaining accurate staff schedules using workforce planning tools, ensuring shifts are aligned to forecasted demand.
Intra-day Monitoring – Tracking real time performance and reallocating resources to meet client and business needs.
Continuous Improvement – Providing insights from scheduling and performance data, while supporting improvements to workforce management tools and processes.
Compliance – Ensuring all workforce planning activities adhere to regulatory and MyBudget policy requirements.
In this role, you will act as the link between workforce planning and service delivery, working closely with managers and team leaders to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
By keeping a pulse on daily operations and identifying trends, you'll play an important part in shaping decisions that directly impact client outcomes, team success and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service levels.
Success in this role comes from blending strong analytical thinking with people centred collaboration. You'll use data to spot opportunities, anticipate challenges, and refine scheduling, while also working side by side with leaders and teams to translate insights into action.
Your ability to balance the numbers with the human side of workforce planning will be key to creating a smooth, efficient, and supportive environment for both our people and our clients.
About You

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
A strong understanding and experience within workforce planning environments
If you're a natural problem solver who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact in a business that truly cares for its clients and changes lives.
