The Opportunity:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of Eve Zone's continued success. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, fostering and expanding relationships with key national clients, and contributing significantly to our revenue growth. This is a pivotal role that offers the chance to make a tangible impact on our company's trajectory and shape our presence across the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with Eve Zone's growth objectives.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the Health, Hygiene, and Hospitality sectors nationwide.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with national clients.
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
-
Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Represent Eve Zone at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar senior sales role, ideally within the Health, Hygiene, or Hospitality distribution sectors.

A strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a demonstrated ability to secure and manage large national accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

A results-driven approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

A current driver's license and willingness to travel nationally as required.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
