The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong community connections across Sydney. This role is key to helping Jaeman Support grow its footprint, strengthen relationships with stakeholders, and ensure participants and families feel supported and valued.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing and maintaining partnerships with community organisations, and working closely with families and participants to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across services by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, participants, stakeholders, and community organisations
- Represent Jaeman Support at community and industry events to promote services and strengthen networks
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with participant and community needs
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic direction and long-term growth plans

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, or community services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Understanding of the NDIS, disability, or community services sector (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate outcomes, and drive growth
- Passion for improving the lives of participants, families, and the community
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
