About Us

We are a growing construction company with a brand-new office in Gregory Hills. Over the past 6

months, we've been building a strong foundation and now we're ready to expand our reach. We are

looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to help us generate leads, connect

with clients, and secure new projects with builders, developers, and real estate partners.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be focused on driving growth and building

relationships that create new opportunities for the business. You will:

  • Research, identify, and pursue new business leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, real estate agencies, and councils.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities and secure contracts.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and client meetings.
  • Work closely with management to meet growth targets and report on progress.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in business development, sales, or construction industry networking.
  • Confident in building relationships and closing deals.
  • Motivated by targets and results-driven.
  • Professional, organised, and proactive.
  • Familiar with the construction/real estate/development market in NSW (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $24.95 – $78.34 per hour
