They're searching for a Digital Performance Manager who lives and breathes acquisition, retention, and data-driven digital funnels. This is a newly created role with real ownership, joining a scaling-up function with funding, leadership backing, and the freedom to create. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing (hands-on, great leader) and collaborating with Automation, Social, Product, Creative, and external partners (Google, Meta, Apple). It's fast, commercial, data-driven, and ideal for someone who loves sport, racing, markets, and measured outcomes.They want someone who understands the wagering mindset — either professionally or personally (Betfair, racing, fantasy, sports syndicates, etc.).
