About the Company

Due to the recent growth of the business, this luxury residential builder are searching for a Site Administrator, to work on high end projects valuing from $2 million - $10 million, this is an amazing opportunity for a passionate ambitious Site Administrator / Junior Contracts Administrator.

Duties and responsibilities:

As the Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy luxury builder. Your duties will involve:

  • Reviewing contractor quotes and assist with the preparation of final contract documents.
  • Learn to assess subcontractor progress claims.
  • Assist with the procurement and ordering of materials.
  • Assisting with the administration of RFI's, EOT's, variations, PC/PI and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating site inductions and maintaining compliance records

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Junior Contracts Administrator
  • Construction Management Degree.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous exposure to Buildertrend, Procore, Aconex or similar construction related software
