ARA Electrical is seeking a motivated and organised Site Administration Officer to support our project delivery teams on-site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting operational success in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site administrative support to project managers and supervisors.
  • Assist with project documentation, timesheets, procurement, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate site access, inductions, and compliance documentation for personnel and subcontractors.
  • Maintain registers, site correspondence, and filing systems to ensure project records are up to date.
  • Support the coordination of deliveries, equipment hire and other project logistics.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role (electrical or engineering environment highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
