Construction Administrator

Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia Rapid Demolition Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We're currently looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Administrator to join our team. This is a fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, both on and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage invoices and purchase orders

Estimate construction jobs accurately and efficiently

Handle all construction safety paperwork and compliance documentation

Write and maintain SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)

Ensure adherence to WHS (Work Health and Safety) requirements

General administrative support across multiple projects

Assist with scheduling, supplier coordination, and site documentation

Work closely with project managers and site supervisors

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar construction admin role

Strong understanding of WHS legislation and safety documentation

Ability to write detailed SWMS and manage compliance paperwork

Holds a valid White Card

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong communication and computer skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
