About the Role

Are you ready to take your administrative career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Support Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Brisbane

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations – driving coordination across a variety of administrative and operational functions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless business support that keeps everything running smoothly.

This is the perfect opportunity for an administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and loves being the go-to person for getting things done.

In addition to supporting our Brisbane office, this role also provides essential support to our Sunshine Coast office, adding even more variety and impact to your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibility
  • Be the right hand to the General Manager and wider Brisbane team, delivering top-notch general and project admin support.
  • Producing high-quality, professional documents. From polished bid/tender proposals to professional reports that make an impact.
  • Liaise with our external IT provider to resolve issues and keep things running smoothly.
  • Organise memorable office events, from festive Christmas parties to energising health & wellness initiatives.
  • Support our HR Team with smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Assist our HSEQ Team with audits and ensure compliance across projects and annual reviews.
  • Manage travel arrangements with precision.
  • Take on the role of fire warden and contribute to our Health & Safety committee
Required Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in an administration role.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office Suite packages.
  • Strong people skills and ability to partner with a dynamic team.
  • Demonstrated office administration experience.
  • Understanding of basic marketing, HR and IT procedures.
  • Strong time management and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines.
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to Premise vision, mission and foundations.
  • Adaptable and works well in a fast-moving environment, driving clarity and solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, always looking to do something that will add value to the team.
  • You'll have a keen eye for grammar along with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deliverables, whilst also building and maintaining strong working relationships across the office.
