We're currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves generating and converting leads, educating members on our products, and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Opportunity
Our Account Managment team, based in Melbourne are currently seeking an Account Manager to join them. This role is in office Monday to Friday, with site visits as required.

In this role you will report to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generate and convert novated leasing and salary packaging leads.
  • Provide product education/promotion directly to customers.
  • Maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
  • Increase the number of Paywise members and novated leasing customers in existing employer clients.
  • Uphold the Paywise core values of being responsive, and member focused.

About You
Other key skills and experience:

  • Understanding of the specific industry the company operates in, including its products, services, and typical customer issues.
  • Relationship management experience in the corporate area.
  • Experience in resolving complex customer issues and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and financial quoting systems.
  • Experience communicating financial products and benefits.
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or relevant field.
  • Background in or formal training in Sales.
