The Role
This is a relationship-first role focused on supporting our key accounts to maximise their success. You'll work closely with store owners, managers, and salon professionals to ensure strong brand presence, increased sell-through of our professional haircare, treatment & styling ranges, and seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts clients throughout QLD and NSW
• Drive product performance across retail and styling categories.
• Conduct regular in-store visits and maintain a structured monthly call cycle.
• Provide education and training to store staff on product usage, benefits, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time support, stock management, and account satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while ensuring accounts adhere to trading terms.
Travel from Queensland to NSW is required, possibly 4+ days every 4-6 weeks.
About You:
• Experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within the haircare, beauty, or retail industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering sustained growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• A passion for the professional haircare industry is highly regarded.
• Well-organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a territory independently.
