In this leadership role, you'll have full ownership of marketing across all channels in an Aussie-owned and operated offshore staffing business where marketing is truly valued and backed by the executive team. In the last 7 years, we've scaled quickly, building elite offshore teams for businesses across Australia, the US, and the UK. And we're looking for a Head of Marketing who's ready to take full control of our story and unite our go to market to drive measurable growth and brand presence in market.

What You'll Do

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Define and execute the strategy that takes us from strong player to category leader
  • Lead and inspire a team of 5 creatives to deliver their best work every day
  • Craft bold, high-impact campaigns that elevate our brand globally
  • Be the bridge between leadership, recruitment, sales, and operations, connecting every message
  • Raise marketing standards to match the best in Australia and the US.
